There's no experience necessary to attend this unique nonprofit camp where girls sing, write songs, and play music as part of a rock band. It's a program designed to build friendships and self-esteem as these teens spend the week preparing for a grand finale performance for friends and family. The story is one of five featured on Creative License, a TV special about the arts and how they have impacted the lives of Tennesseans.
